Animals first is a non for profit organization. We run fully on donation and volunteers help. If you wish to donate money you can e-transfer at animalfirstts@outlook.com Please use password wehelp. If you prefer, we also welcome volunteers for special events, fundraising, transporting animals etc. etc. etc.. If you do not have time, we also accept donated items such as dog coats and beds, wet cat food, dog food both kibble and wet and kitty litter for our foster carers.

A place to call home and for those needing help with there animals to come to. The new buildling will allow us to expand our mission and protect even more lives. How much is the adoption fee?

Adopting from us is a rewarding experience designed to help you find the perfect match. The process begins with completing an adoption application and meeting the pets you’re interested in. Our team will then have a friendly conversation with you about your experience, lifestyle, and expectations to ensure the best possible fit for both you and your new companion.

Adoption fees are $220 for cats and $300–$700 for dogs, depending on age and breed. These fees help cover essential care, including vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, and other medical services that prepare each pet for their new home.

What does the adoption fee go towards?

The adoption fee contributes directly to each pet’s veterinary care, covering essential services such as spaying or neutering and up-to-date vaccinations. This ensures that every animal is healthy and ready to thrive in their new home.
